Convert .param lines containing 'agauss' and others
into .func (xxx1() 'agauss()', replace all xxx1 entries
by function xxx1().
After subcircuit expansion, replace agauss and others
in B-Line by their suitable values.

Add CFLAGS -fvisibility=hidden also when ngspice executable
is made under LINUX: becomes effective when code models are made.
Thus there is no longer any difference between code models
made during compiling shared ngspice or standard ngspice.

_snprintf in Windows 7 does not automatically put a '\0'
to the end of the buffer, only if there is space available.
That will change in the future if Snprintf is used.
